New Development?

We saw the cute house at 265 Ocean Pkwy be demo'd awhile back and are sort of wondering what the next step is for this spot. As of now we can't see past the fence so have no idea if concrete is being poured or what but it looks sort of quiet to us. Any info out there?

The house demo'd on Greenwood Ave and posted here back in April could be a mess for neighbors. It seems the architect, no the developer, no the.... well whatever he is, is none other then Mr. Henry Radusky from Bricolage Designs.

A "disgraced" architect rammed through plans for three south Park Slope condo buildings allegedly riddled with violations and the Buildings Department allowed it, a state official has charged. Assemblyman James Brennan (D-Park Slope) fired off a scathing letter last week to Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes and Department of Investigation Commissioner Rose Gill Hearn about alleged "irregularities" between the Buildings Department and architect Henry Radusky of Bricolage Designs. Officials from both law enforcement offices said they were probing the allegations. Brennan charged the Buildings Department routinely "rubber-stamps" allegedly illegal plans submitted by Radusky. 34 Crooke Ave.

This is technically Prospect Park South and a bit east for us to cover but the Ore site for 34 Crooke is so detailed we couldn't pass it up! The photos chronicle the process from beginning to almost kind of near walls. Here's what we think the voice-over would say if it could... here is a nice house we paid way to much for only to demolish into little tiny bits to put up this sort of luxurios building in the middle of other buildings that are certainly more sturdy and character filled but currently aren't attracting people like you!

House on Ocean Pkwy near Beverly has been demo'd rather quickly. In fact so quickly I've missed the process the last 2 days as I've gone by without the camera... wonder what's coming? Any guesses? I say another nice new construction complete with *luxury* amenities.
